These Terms & Conditions govern use of stockadeal.com and eligible purchases from StockaDeal, Inc. (“StockaDeal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
1. Business and website
StockaDeal, Inc. operates stockadeal.com as an online retail store. Our business and mailing address is 320 Breccia Trl, Liberty Hill, TX 78642, United States. This address is not a customer walk-in store, pickup location, warehouse, or automatic return destination.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, commit fraud, violate another person’s rights, or use the site for unlawful activity.
3. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, features, and other information accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen or device. Product information may be corrected or updated when an error is identified.
4. Pricing and errors
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted. If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we may contact you, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected item as appropriate and as permitted by applicable law.
5. Availability
Products and quantities are subject to availability. An item may become unavailable after an order is submitted. We will not substitute a materially different item or charge a higher price without your authorization.
6. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase and does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may review an order for inventory, payment, address, security, fraud-prevention, pricing, legal, or operational issues. If we cannot fulfill an accepted payment or order, we will provide an appropriate cancellation or refund to the original payment method.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed through WooPayments and its payment-processing services. Payment-method availability and approval may depend on the customer, device, browser, address, cart, transaction, and provider eligibility.
8. Taxes
Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected where StockaDeal is required or registered to do so. Tax treatment may vary by delivery location, product, and applicable jurisdictional rules.
9. Shipping
Eligible products currently ship to residential and commercial street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, military states AA, AE, or AP, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Eligible orders receive Free Standard Shipping in the Contiguous U.S.
Current estimates are 1–2 business days for processing, 3–7 business days for transit, and approximately 4–9 business days overall. These are estimates, not guarantees. Our published Shipping Policy provides additional details and is incorporated into these terms.
10. Third-party fulfillment
Products may be fulfilled from different third-party distribution locations. Items may arrive in separate packages, use different carriers, or have different delivery dates. StockaDeal remains the seller and customer-support contact for eligible orders placed through stockadeal.com.
11. Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, authorization, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy. Contact StockaDeal before sending a return so that the approved return address and instructions can be provided.
12. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding your login credentials, and notifying us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
13. Intellectual property
StockaDeal-created website text, branding, layout, graphics, and other original site content are owned by StockaDeal or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, or exploit StockaDeal-created content for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, fulfillment, shipping, hosting, security, and other operational providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean StockaDeal controls or endorses all third-party content.
