- Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
- Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or may be subject to a partial refund.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Returns are generally approved if the eligibility requirements listed above are met.
After approval, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 1–2 business days.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Return Shipping Costs
StockaDeal provides a free prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns.
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return label that can be downloaded, printed, and attached to your package before shipment.

- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or defect
For the fastest resolution, we highly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery and reporting any defects within 2 hours of receipt.
If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or return instructions, and all return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied only if the returned item is not in its original condition, including situations such as:
Signs of use
Missing packaging, manuals, or accessories
Damage not caused during delivery
No restocking fee will be charged for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

Final sale items
Any item designated as “Final Sale” will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
- Inspection of Returns
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
We will notify you by email once your return has been reviewed and whether your return has been approved or declined.
- Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, including defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
- Exchanges
We accept exchanges when inventory is available.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the replacement item you would like. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
- Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
After 1 hour, orders may have already entered processing or fulfillment and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
