Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
We are unable to ship to:
- PO Box Addresses
- International Destinations
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the United States.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed and handled within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 AM (EST). Orders placed after 3:00 AM (EST) will begin processing on the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Transit Time: 3–7 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 2–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather conditions, or increased shipping volumes during holidays and peak seasons.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Contiguous United States: Free Shipping
Alaska: $7.00 Shipping Fee per Order
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
StockaDeal is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
When contacting us, please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damage (if applicable)
A brief description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout.
StockaDeal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships.
